• Wire Mesh Belt machines are used for desanding of flat, thin walls and fragile parts of iron and aluminium alloys what requires specific demands on the shot blasting machine as well as shot blasting process. Heart of the shot blasting machine, which is provided with 4 or 8 impeller wheel turbines in different power drive, is a circulating wire mesh conveyor belt made of manganese steel wire.

About equipment

1.Production time: 20-40 days or half years according to different type. 
2.the time of installation and debugging: 10-15 days,and intelligent shot blast production line is about 60days 
3.Installation and debugging: We will dispatch 1-2 technicians to help with machine installation and debugging,               customer pays for their tickets, hotel and diet.
4. Warranty time: 12 months from date of debugging completion, but not exceed18 months from date of delivery.
5. Payment term: 30% as prepayment, balance 70% before delivery or L/C at sight. 
6. English documents: including total installation drawing, pit design drawing, instruction book, circuit diagram drawing and notice, etc.
